This two storey villa has modern design and offers the height of luxury. It has floor to ceiling windows that open to specatcular views. The views extend over the private pool, the garden area and the sea.

The contemporary style of this 5 bedroom beach villa complements its design. Black and deep grey fabrics look striking alongside the white walls and floors. Bold geometric décor and stunning portraits adorn the walls.

There is a huge skylight above the hallway that allows in plenty of natural light. The hallway leads upstairs to the most breathtaking master bedroom. This is more of a luxurious suite.

The views from the master bedroom are truly wonderful towards the sea and sunset. They also extend over the pool and poolside entertainment pavilion. The master bedroom suite is an ideal space to start the day. Enjoy a morning coffee or soak in the white bath-tub positioned next to the full-length windows.  There is a flat-screen TV in the master. It has its own en suite separate shower, bathroom and an abundance of closet space.

Bedroom 2 is next to the master bedroom suite. This is another expansive suite with king sized bed  and sea views.

There are two other guest bedrooms on the first floor both have en-suite bathrooms.

The ground floor living area features accent chairs providing a splash of colour to the Onyx decor. There is a sitting area/TV room with sea views. There is additional seating in the main living area adjacent to the dining area which will accommodate up to ten people.

In the cleverly designed kitchen is more seating at the bar for family breakfast gatherings.

The living area is steps away from the outdoor areas and the private pool. The pool has a shallow end with a table in it where you may sit and enjoy your favourite beverage. In front is a fabulous entertainment pavilion resembling your very own smart, beachside bar. This is furnished with a TV, wine chiller and lots of comfortable seating. You will be cooled by ceiling fans and sea breezes.
