Merlin Bay Ocean's Edge is one of eight villas located in the Merlin Bay complex. This is an elegant and private complex on the beach on the west coast of Barbados. The complex is located in St James. It is is one of only two located right at the ocean’s edge. It is also the only one with a really private beachfront garden. The garden has a wooden decked area.

This split-level townhouse has wonderful beach and sea views from each of the three living levels. The entrance to the villa is on the middle level.

The villa sits amidst the lush, tropically landscaped gardens of the Merlin Bay community. It also benefits from use of a communal pool. As guests enter the villa they are greeted by views of  the beautiful Caribbean Sea. Sit back and relax to the sound of waves lapping the beach. 

The accommodation consists of :
Main level 
Open plan kitchen, dining and living area. This flows out to the terrace with a private plunge pool overlooing the garden and the sea beyond.

Upper level 
Two air-conditioned bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite. Both have a shower. This includes a master suite which has access to a terrace and also a rooftop terrace. 

Lower floor 
Third bedroom with en suite – bath/shower combined - waterfall plunge pool. 
Each of the 3 bedrooms can be made up with 2 single beds or joined to make a king.

• There is also an area for the housekeeper and laundry facilities 
• The interiors have natural stone floors. The bathrooms are fitted with granite worktops and vanity units.
• Parking is available on site for guests
• This villa is equipped with cable TV, DVD and stereo. There is also a gas barbeque to enjoy dining outdoors.
