Villa Barbarino in Tuscany is only a short drive from the local town of Barberino Val di Pesa (3kms). It is also within easy reach of both San Gimignano and Florence (20 – 25 mins).  The views over the surrounding Italian countryside are breath-taking and can be enjoyed from almost every window of the villa

BARN: Captures some of the original charm but with stunning modern interiors and a variety of artwork.
Ground floor: 
Large arched glass door at either side of the kitchen opening onto the patio where there is a pergola and outdoor dining area.
Modern and fully equipped kitchen complete with marble top central island, 8 ring ceramic hob, 2 wall mounted ovens , dish washer, wine chiller, American style fridge and more. passing through the kitchen leads to a large dining room, featuring high whitewashed, beamed ceilings, rock wall features and resin floors.
There is also an oblong glass fronted fireplace.
Laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
Staircase leads from the dining room to the upstairs gallery and first floor bedrooms.

First floor:

Bedroom 3- located close to the entrance - twin beds (can be made into a double) en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, marble sink and door to the garden.

First floor: 
Bedroom 4 – 2nd Master bedroom - double bed with original fireplace (glass fronted), large en- suite bathroom with double vanity, large double walk in shower.
Bedroom 5 - twin beds (can be made into a double) en-suite bathroom with walk in shower.
Bedroom 6 - Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with walk in shower.
Welcoming lounge area with a fireplace and 5 windows overlooking the garden and with amazing views adjacent to the lounge is a coffee making area.

Bedroom 7 - Tower room: Steps lead up from the first floor lounge to this wonderful master suite which has a canopy bed, spacious en-suite bathroom with a large bath and a walk in shower.
Bedroom 8 - Studio Suite : This additional studio suite is located close to the pool and has a large arched window for the entrance. There is an open plan area with double bed, kitchen corner, sofa and an en-suite bathroom with small shower.
