Villa Shambhala is surrounded by unspoiled natural beauty. It is only steps away from glistening shoreline of Long Bay Beach. (Long Beach was voted one of the top ten beaches in the world by Condé Nast). The villa was designed and built by acclaimed architect Rafael Amuchastegui. He  has created a peaceful and bespoke holiday retreat. 

This wonderful 8 bedroom beach villa sits within more than two acres of lush mature grounds. It is only 10 minutes drive from central Grace Bay.

Villa Shambhala has 8 bedrooms in all. It can be rented 3, 5 or 8 bedrooms depending on the size of the party.

There is a 5-bedroom main house. This extends over 7,300 sq ft featuring a classic Barbadian design. The layout has been desogned with privacy pockets. These are all linked together by delightful open-air Tuscan galleries.

The heart of the villa is the magnificent great room with gleaming alabaster walls. It has vintage furniture and beautiful arched French doors with plantation shutters. This is all crowned by a hand-painted cathedral-like ceiling.

A formal dining area seats ten and enjoys the ocean views. A cosy alcove is filled with deeply cushioned loveseats, a TV, and a selection of media to enjoy.

A separate well-equipped kitchen showcases its state-of-the-art appliances. There aregranite countertops, tumbled marble backsplashes and custom Guatambu hardwood cabinets from Argentina.

The 4,000 sq ft, 3 bedroom Guest House has been recently built. It provides extra space for large groups. 

The Guesthouse offers 3 elegant King Bedrooms on the upper floor. These offer sea views over the tropical gardens. There is a spacious open plan kitchen living room and an outdoor balcony lounge. This comes complete with an infinity edge plunge pool.

On the Lower level is a stunning bar and games room area. This has a pool table, table hockey, golf simulator, and gymnasium.

Villa Shambhala also has a floodlit tennis court, a viewing pavilion,and an outdoor squash court.

This luxury villa is available for rental as an 8-bedroom entire estate. It may also be rented separately as a 5-bedroom beach front villa and 3-bedroom beach front villa.
When sold separately, the villas maintain privacy for both parties and private beach space. The only shared amenity is the tennis courts.
