Long Bay Beach is not only one of the world’s finest spots for kiteboarding, it is also a welcome respite from the main resorts on Providenciales. Villa Uxue was designed to protect and preserve the unique flora and fauna in the grounds having little impact on their habitat. A private access road passing the lush native landscape leads to the main entrance of the villa.

To continue with protecting the natural environment, Villa Uxue layout has two courtyard bedrooms behind the dunes, with kitchen, living and four further bedroom areas facing the lee side. A number of sheltered outdoor spaces within staggered, groyne-like walls, offer a shield from the elements whilst also framing wide views out to sea.

The six-bedroom main house with 7-bathrooms provides accommodation over three floors. There is also private, direct access to the beach to enjoy the uninterrupted views over the ocean.
There are 2 additional bedrooms in the guest house.
Main House - There are two guest bedrooms on the ground floor, each with en-suite and their own courtyard garden.
A spiral staircase leads up to the main floor. This floor offers a chef style kitchen, a large inside entertaining area, media and library room. Outside are several dining terraces and an outdoor kitchen, a lava stone infinity pool, shaded lounge terraces, timber decks, and a fire pit. The top floor is home to the master bedroom and three further guest bedrooms – all have en-suite bathrooms.
The master bedroom and two of the guest bedrooms have balconies overlooking the beach and ocean, and the fourth bedroom has far-reaching island views and sea view.

A timber path leads directly to a further sunning deck, fire-pit and the beach.
The villa has its own air compressor for kiteboarding guests.
