Casa Verde is located in Quinta Verde. It is a relatively new resort area on the road to Quinta do Lago.  Casa Verde is a lovely 4 bedroom villa in Portugal. It incorporates almost every convenience and luxury.  A majestic entrance hall greets you. A grand staircase leadis to the master suite.

There is a raised dining area with patio doors and seating for 8. The beautiful living area is stylish with comfortable furnishings. It has French windows. The sound and audio system includes Sky TV, DVD, CD and VCR. There is also a ceiling-mounted projector and drop-down screen.

Bedroom 4 on the lower level is smaller with a double bed. There is access to the bathroom with toilet with a high step in shower. This room is on the lower floor. It  does not have a window or ac. It would ideally suit a youngster or nanny.

Casa Verde has concealed air-conditioning and under-floor heating. There are electric shutters and marble floors throughout. The property has its own driveway with automated entrance gates. There are beautiful views over open countryside. The garden is elevated and south-facing. There are fully-irrigated rear gardens. These incorporate lawn areas, mature shrubs and trees.

The tastefully decorated master bedroom is upstairs. This room has a king bed, fitted curtains, TV, CD and DVD system. It has a large sun terrace. This enjoys peaceful views over-looking the back of the villa. This master bedroom has an en-suite with whirlpool bath. It has a separate shower, twin basins, toilet and bidet.

The pool in this luxury villa is approximately 10m x 4m (salt-water). It can be heated ( at an extra charge). There is poolside furniture. This includes hardwood loungers, chairs, parasol and a hammock. Also at the rear is a separate dining terrace. This offers seating for 12. It is equipped with a gas barbecue and giant outdoor fridge.

At the front are fabulous Italianate pools with fountains. There are also plants which are all spectacularly lit.
