Villa Lirio is a luxury 5 bedroom villa with private swimming pool. It is located within the new resort of Quinta Verde, close to Quinta do Lago

The entrance to the villa leads to the majestic entrance hall. The living area is to the right and there is a guest cloakroom.

The living area is a spacious, open plan layout . It is furnished with sofa seating for 8 and dining table and chairs. There is also a large TV with IPTV, Netflix, Amazon Prime and You Tube. The space between the well-equipped modern kitchen and the dining area has a cosy decorative fireplace. You can view this from all around the room. To one side are patio doors taking you the grounds and pool. Another set of patio doors provides access to the front of the house.

Bedroom 1 - double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2  - twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.
Both bedrooms have patio doors overlooking the landscaped garden.
Next to bedroom 2 there is a utility room with washer, dryer, wine fridge and a private area outside for drying clothes. 
Upper Floor
Bedroom 3 - to the left - spacious, bright room - double bed - terrace with seating an en-suite with step in shower, bath, bidet and dressing table. 
Master Bedroom - king size bed - chaise-lounge - light feature above the bed -a front and rear balcony to enjoy the sunrise and sunset - en-suite has a bath and a pebble bottomed step in shower.

Basement Apartment.
Bright spacious room - bedroom section has twin beds (can converted to a double) gold effect décor. There is a small sofa for 2 and a TV. There is also a bathroom with shower and a well-equipped kitchen. This self-contained apartment has patio doors leading out to a relaxing area with sun loungers.

Outdoors – Mediterranean landscaped gardens with tropical tall trees and a variety of shrubs create the ideal spot to relax.
The private pool (10x5m) can be heated at an extra charge 
Outdoor dining - 2 dining tables seating 6 on each , a small seating area for 4 and 10 sun loungers.
There is also a gas BBQ and table tennis for all the family to use.
