Villa Versilia sits within a gated community, approximately 5 minute drive (depending on traffic) from the beach club at Marina di Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi. The main motorway for the Tuscan Riviera area is also a short drive away, connecting to Pisa airport, Cinque Terre and other focal points. The famous Tyrrhenian Sea is a 10 minute walk or few minutes on a bicycle.

The villa was originally built in the mid 1960’s but following renovation by an English architect and decorator it is now a colourful and comfortable 5 bedroom holiday villa. The 6^th bedroom is converted laundry room, creating a single room for children or staff. The interiors display a collection of antiques, books and paintings, along with characteristic features such as beamed ceilings and both parquet and ceramic floors. There are 2 Living rooms, and the windows open to the villa’s landscaped garden, private pool and a pool house which has a shower, bathroom, towel storage and kitchenette. There are also staff quarters for house staff.
