Spanning 220 square meters, the villa comprises three double bedrooms, each furnished with king-sized beds featuring memory foam mattresses and pillows. All bedrooms come with spacious en-suite bathrooms, two of the bedrooms are upstairs on the 1st floor and one on the ground floor. Additionally, there is a fourth guest bathroom on the ground floor. Each bedroom has a 32-inch Smart TV, connected to both the internet and satellite channels (Hot Bird & Astra) via cable.

The spacious and luminous living room opens onto a veranda through a grand window, where another seating area with two sofas is located. The interior spaces continue with a separate dining area and a kitchen fully equipped with essential appliances, including an induction hob, dishwasher, large refrigerator, microwave, extractor fan, and oven. From the indoor dining area, you can step out to the shaded outdoor dining space beneath two large awnings, featuring a substantial stone table that comfortably accommodates up to 10 people and a brick-built wood/charcoal BBQ. Guests can enjoy a ping pong table and a foosball table. 

The villa is fully air-conditioned with a centralized system and includes a water softening system. The property has a Starlink satellite internet system with multiple wireless access points, ensuring high-speed internet connectivity throughout the villa, both indoors and outdoors.

Outside, there is an expansive area with sun loungers and umbrellas, centered around a 5x13 infinity pool with a breathtaking sea view. Designed in a neo-classical style, Villa Symphonia was conceived to provide maximum comfort and the finest sea views, aiming to offer guests a unique, romantic, and comfortable retreat.
