The Kingfisher Point Estate consists of four, wonderfully luxurious villas. Collectively the villas can accommodate groups up from 8 - 40 people. Right below the estate there are steps leading down to the two small private rocky beaches. Here there is a wooden deck with sun beds.

The 4 Kingfisher Point Estate villas in Corfu include

Villa Amalthea. This is the largest of the villas on the Estate. It offers 4 bedrooms – 2 x Fixed King and 2 x Twin/King. All 4 bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning.
The exceptional Villa Amalthea features a 40m infinity pool. It also has a well-equipped gym and a massage treatment room. There is a BBQ, table tennis, Wi-fi and outdoor sound system. A beautiful pavilion alongside the pool at Villa Amalthea serves as a comfortable living area. It enjoys breathtaking views of the sunset.

Villa Pelagia – Th is is the closest of the four villas to the beach access and the pontoon.

It offers 4 bedrooms – 2 x Fixed King & 2 x Twin/King – all en-suite bathrooms. There is air-conditioning and a 15m Infinity Pool. The poll may be heated at an extra charge. There is  table tennis and a well-equipped gym. This villa has Wi-fi and an outdoor sound system.

Amalthea and Pelagia may be rented together only during peak summer months with chef service included.
Although the two houses are adjacent, the terraces are screened from each other. Only the smaller swimming pool may be seen by the main house.

Villa Erato – 5 bedrooms - 1 x Fixed King, 3 x Twin/King, 1 x 4 - person bunk bedroom (adult size beds). There is a gym and treatment room via external spiral staircase. There is also a  17m Infinity Pool. This may be heated at an extra charge. There is a BBQ , table tennis & badminton. The TV Room has a 72inch wall mounted smart TV. It is air-conditioned.

Villa Tugela – 5 bedrooms - 1 x Fixed King, 3 x Twin/King, 1 x 4-person bunk bedroom (adult size beds). There is a BBQ, pizza oven, gym and treatment room accessed  via external spiral staircase. There is also a 17m Infinity Pool. This may be heated at an extra charge). The TV Room has a 72inch wall mounted smart TV and air-conditioning. There is a large seating and dining area on the top terrace. This can accommodate dining for up to 40 people.
