This beautiful villa rental in Corfu is just 12 kilometres from Corfu Town and is located on a seaside plot of land facing the beach for beautiful sea views. With two floors and a total area of 140 metres square, Dasia 1 has the capacity to sleep 6 people.

All of the interior areas are air-conditioned and use the fan coil type heating-cooling system as well as a central heating system.

Living space
On the ground floor you will find an open plan living, dining and kitchen area complete with a stunning fireplace feature. The kitchen is fitted with all the appliances you will need, including a dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and much more. There is also a separate utility room featuring a washing machine, linen closet, ironing facilities and a vacuum cleaner.

Bedrooms
The first bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. There are glass doors which open out directly onto the garden and pool area - perfect for watching the children play in the morning sun. On the first floor you will find the final two bedrooms - bedroom 2 has 2 single beds which may be joined to make a double bed as well as a bathroom and a private bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, its own en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and a sea view as well as a balcony with comfortable seating. All three bedrooms have glorious sea views. In all the bedrooms you will find LCD TVs as well as in the living room which also features a DVD Home-Cinema and satellite receiver.

Outdoors
You will have use of a private swimming pool, BBQ, shower, private access to the beach, semi-lounge area with rattan seating, dining area pavilion with teak furniture for 6 people next to the pool. There is also parking spaces for 2 cars.

Dasia 1 can be rented with an indentical villa Dasia 2 for larger parties to sleep 12 people
