The City Walls and the famous Old City Harbour in Dubrovnik can be seen from almost every public room, terrace, balcony and bedroom suite, including sea view bathrooms

There is a House Manager on property has a desk on the ground floor of the villa, and can assist with any help and advice you need during your stay. Maybe arrange sightseeing tours of Dubrovnik, day tours to other local beaches, boat trips, yacht charters etc . The daily housekeepers take care of the cleaning duties and prepare gourmet breakfast which is included in the rental. Limousine service and transfer service to and from the Dubrovnik International Airport can be arranged on request too.

The outdoor areas on different levels offer various choices for relaxation, the sun terraces are furnished with plush wicker lounge chairs and teak tables where guests can sit and take in the sea views and the garden fragrances.  “Glorijet”, this is terrace covered with a traditional Mediterranean red tile roof and perched on upper level of the property and is ideal for parties, barbeques, cocktails etc  and Breakfast can be served here on request. Villa Lucija also has a small traditional Tavern, where Mediterranean and local specialties can be prepared.
