Outdoors, the expansive grounds stretch over two hectares. In the grounds is a swimming pool. There is also a private lake. There are also various outdoor living spaces. These areas are perfect for guests to enjoy al fresco feasts. Unwind here with a glass of bubbly. Relax and soak up the panoramic views.

There are several themed gardens. These include an Art Garden and a Wedding Garden. The Wedding Garden features a beautiful gazebo. It has a canopy of white wisteria. It is perfect for couples exchanging vows.

There is also a diverse selection of produce grown on site. These include organic vegetables used by the villa chef. Rows of olive trees produce extra-virgin olive oil. There is a kiwi pergola with fruits. This is harvested for jam and candied fruits. In addition there is a lemon grove. Here the fruits are turned into delicious juices. They are also used for dried fruits and limoncello.

Indoors, the beautifully-restored property perfectly blends traditional features. There are Tessieri tiles, Murano chandeliers and antique furniture. There are also modern facilities. Villa Marie has a lift linking all floors.

Guests can unwind in the lounges. These are located on each of the three main floors. Catch up on a holiday read in the cosy library. Host elegant dinner parties in the formal dining room. Prepare delicious feasts in the beautiful country-style kitchen.

The basement offers an indulgent spa experience. There are an array of facilities. These include a heated swimming pool with hydromassage jets. There is also a sauna and a hammam. In additon there is a spa treatment room and a relaxation lounge. The basement also features a well-stocked wine cellar.

In the main house there are six comfortable guest bedrooms. These all have en-suite bathrooms. All of the bedrooms have king or queen-size beds. These can be converted to twins on request. This allows for flexible sleeping arrangements. Ideal for different group compositions.

There are a further 3 comfortable bedrooms in the delightful old farmhouse. The Casa Del Contadino farmhouse has been beautifully restored. It could be used as private accommodation by your staff. It is discreetly independent from the rest of the Villa. It is also great for a larger group. Villa Marie will accommodate up to 18 people overall.
