The wonderful, 500m2 interiors feature a contemporary design. It offers the ultimate in comfort and is fully air-conditioned. Enjoy various pieces of fabulous art. There are also Swarovski chandeliers, Persian rugs and sculptures. These have all been all carefully selected to create a sophisticated, yet home form home atmosphere.

There are Travertino Navona marble floors throughout common areas. Croatian oak floors in the bedrooms add a touch of warmth. The bathrooms are in marble. Casa del Mare is the place to enjoy tranquillity, privacy and total pleasure.

Imagine yourself, sitting on the private terrace with champagne in hand. Relax and enjoy the serene vistas that surround you. Take a cooling dip in the infinity pool ( 8m x 3m). You will feel that you are on the edge of water.

The many oversized windows maximise the daylight. There are splendid views of Daksa Island, tiny Grebeni rocks and the turquoise Adriatic Sea.

As you arrive at Casa Del Mare you will enter an elegant, entrance hallway. This is the central point to access the two levels via a marble staircase.
Just off the hallway up a few steps is an office. Ideal for those who need to keep in touch with work.
Just next door, is a well-equipped fitness room.

Lower level 
Open-plan chic living room with a 60’’ TV and a state-of the art kitchen. This has a custom-made table to seat 12 people.

There is an adjacent shaded terrace for al fresco dining.

The living room flows out on to expansive terraces with B&B Italia furniture. Perfect to sit back and enjoy a relaxing moment.

Casa del Mare has 5 double bedrooms. There is an option to accommodate 2 more people on a pull-out sofa.

Three bedrooms are on the west side. There are two separate guest bedrooms on the east. These are secluded and perfect for older kids, friends or staff.

The master bedroom (on the West side) is stunning. It is filled with a series of art by one of greatest European artists. The true highlight of the master bedroom is the bathroom. It has Oynx lined floors and walls. A massage tub is positioned by the front window. Mornings at Casa del Mare are the best ! Just sit in the Jacuzzi whist watching dolphins play in the sea right outside your window!

Next door is an elegant deluxe room. This also enjoys wonderful views from its Jacuzzi. The deluxe room takes in the views of its two terraces. One in the sun and the other in the shade.  

The spacious bedrooms on the east side feature subtle décor in neutral colours. Theter are also bright pieces of art.

Each bedroom has its own shower bathroom. One room is on the same level as the living room and kitchen. The other is more elevated in the highest point of the villa. It is just above the fitness room.

Outdoors is the amazing infinity pool. Enjoy a swim and dry off in the Croatian sunshine. The pool is part of the overall, special experience guests have at Casa del Mare.

You can go down the stone staircase from the terrace all the way to the sea. Here you will find a stone-lined pier for maybe mooring a boat.
The pier is dotted with lounge chairs, but surrounded by rocks. This is the truly local way of enjoying the beach.

Boats of up to 15 metres can access here. You choose between a boat and a car.
