Villa Mey\'s Place is divided into two floors: the first floor and second floor. The ground floor, on the other hand, serves as a garden with a yard, ideal for spending time with friends or loved ones. Villa has 4 bedrooms with 7 beds, 3 bathrooms and is suitable accommodation for 7 people. The property of the villa also has a new annex/suite built next to the main buliding, which consists of a queen bed, a sofa that can be used as a single bed and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. If there is need for more accommodation, suite can be booked with additional charge. It is ideal for accommodation of 2+1 person. Which is in total 9+1 person.
The ground floor of Villa is designed as an area for relaxation and socializing. A beautiful view from the spacious terrace surrounded with the garden extends to the Elaphite Islands – Sipan, Kolocep and Lopud. The garden and terrace are equipped with outdoor furniture and a specially covered area for dining. From this level, the stone steps lead to a beach, which is perfect for enjoyment and refreshment during hot summer days. A glass door separates the spacious living room from the terrace, which is equipped with high quality furniture. Next to the living room, there is a modern dining room, but guests may alternatively enjoy dining outside onto the terrace. The indoor dining area is connected to a small kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. In addition, the ground floor has one bathroom.
There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor of Villa Mey\'s Place. The bedrooms also have a Mediterranean atmosphere. White and blue have a therapeutic effect on all the senses. Waking up to the view of the open sea and the Mediterranean garden is a true cure for the soul. Three bedrooms have double beds and one of them, the master bedroom also has a balcony with a panoramic view and a bathroom with a shower. The fourth and the last bedroom is smaller and equipped with a single bed and a garden view. On the same floor, there is also another bathroom with a shower.
