This 4 bedroom luxury villa sits in one of the highest points of Providenciales within a private residential community only steps away from Babalua beach. Here you will find high end resorts, a variety of restaurants, gyms, grocery stores, golf, and other activities not too far away.

Beachwood Villa has four generously sized bedrooms and 5000 square feet of fabulously designed indoor and outdoor spaces furnished with luxurious, professional finishes.

When you arrive at Beachwood villa you will be greeted by the soaring 20-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that create an incredible feeling of space. In addition, benefiting from the wonderful crystal-clear turquoise waters, the sky, the pool, and the tropical garden views.

The open-plan layout, the villa’s modern architecture and lavishly appointed furnishings, set the scene for that ideal holiday villa. The kitchen connects to the living areas and has a magnificent 14-foot island and comfortable stools for families and friends to chat whilst cooking.

For dining, a circular table to seat 8- 10 guests is in the dining area offering a picturesque view of the pool deck area. For some downtime, two deep sofas encircle a coffee table and a television to watch a favourite movie.

The 4 bedrooms and Beachwood each have a double vanity, en-suite bathroom with shower. They offer quality mattress’, pillows and linens for a sound sleep. Each room has individually controlled air-conditioning and a fan to ensure all guests have maximum comfort.
