The accommodation is centrally air-conditioned and includes 3 bedrooms, one master suite in one area of the house, with king-size 4 four poster bed, hardwood floors, picture window with stunning views from the Jacuzzi bath, Television and French doors leading out to the pool. The 2 further double guest rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom are located on the opposite side of the villa. There is also a separate den/study convertible to a fourth bedroom, featuring two large convertible twin sofa beds, Fine English cotton linen; complimentary Molton Brown products, waffle bath robes are made available to guests during their stay. Beach towels also provided plus there is a Safe, flat screen T.V and DVD player in each room. The open-plan design living area has sumptious white sofas,TV, CD, VCR and DVD, plus a well equipped bright modern kitchen and dining area opening out onto the pool terrace. The views can be enjoyed from both sides of villa as well as the cooling trade winds coming in from the Caicos Banks and Chalk Sound and not to forget the all day sunshine and breathtaking sunsets,.

On the lower level, there is a large double-car garage, laundry room and full bathroom. From the covered ocean- side terrace bordering a large 32’x21’ infinity edge swimming pool, there is a stone pathway weaving its way between a beautiful blend of exotic and indigenous plants to a uniquely arched grotto carved out of the rock,leading directly into the ocean – an ideal spot for that early morning or afternoon swim in the beautiful clear and calm waters.
