The accommodation of this Koh Samui villa consists of a several pavilions with glass doors to the lounge and dining pavilions to take advantage of the sea breeze and the Gulf of Thailand view. There is a lounge pavilion, dining pavilion, large sala and six luxurious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning. The Dining Pavilion is connected to the kitchen, offering a square table to seat 12, as well as a spacious breakfast bar. the lounge pavilion has comfortable sofas and armchairs to sink into with a teakwood divider splitting the room into social/reading/entertainment area with wide-screen TV with satellite connection, DVD player, Apple TV 4K box, and iPod station. A high-end stereo connects to smart phones or other compatible players too.   

The villa sleeps 14 people (six en-suite bedrooms: 3 king-bedded guest rooms, 2 guest rooms with twin beds that convert to king one has a wide-screen TV and DVD player, and a kids' room with 4 bunk beds, wide-screen TV and DVD player.). Extra beds are available on request at small extra charge.

The bedrooms are arranged in pairs in three spacious bungalows, each pair connecting creating the ideal accommodation for families, or couples as they can be locked for privacy. There is a dining room with breakfast bar; poolside lounge; poolside TV and video room. For additional enjoyment guests have a tennis court, basketball hoop in corner of the tennis court, table tennis, beach volleyball net and ball 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks to explore the warm, calm, crystal clear waters and sot white sands of this stunning location. The pool (15m x 5m x 2.5m) is positioned close to the sands of Lipa Noi Beach with a comfortable sala to relax the day away. The beachside sala is very spacious and has a long dining table with benches either side, a large L-shaped sofa and two armchairs looking out to sea. The fans in the vaulted ceiling keep the shady interior cool. At sunset, this is the ideal spot for a sundowner or two. For those who wish to keep in touch with the outside world, there is WiFi in all areas, reaching onto the beach and a Mobile phone service.
