Villa Susanna sits on a headland at the end of Marigot Bay in St Lucia. It can accommodate up to 14 guests in 3 separate 2 bedroom cottages and a one bedroom apartment. Each cottage offers two bedroom suites and a sitting area with wet bar.

Villa Susanna is delightful villa with its own private swimming pool. It is a delightful place for friends and family to relax together yet in the privacy of their own cottages.

Villa Susanna is set within 3 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens. Winding paths taking you down to the sandy/pebble Trou Rolland beach. At the beach there is a BBQ and tables.

The villa décor of Villa Susanna is a blend of traditional Caribbean with Italian style. There are various areas where guests may relax. 

Entrance to Villa Susanna is through a breezy hallway featuring a stunning chandelier. This leads into the open plan living area. This is equipped with with TV, DVD and stereo. There is also a dining area with ceiling fans and seating for up to 20 persons.

Patio doors flow out onto the furnished terrace. There is a hammock for relaxing, pathways through the garden and over a wooden pool bridge to the ocean-side gazebo. Inside the gazebo is a round glass table to seat up to 14. This is a wonderful spot to sit and watch the sun set.

The private pool measures 20 m long and is 2 m deep at its deppest. It also has a shallow end.

A double door facility is available in all the bedrooms.

Amber Flamboyant Cottage
The Master bedroom  has a 4 poster bed draped with nets. There are ceiling fans and air conditioning. Double doors allow the breeze to pass through the louvres which may be  closed if guests wish to use the air-conditioning. There is a TV, radio and Ipod dock and safe. There is also a walk in closet and en-suite shower room. On the  private terrace there is a small Jacuzzi. There is also an outside shower and two sun loungers.

In the sitting area of Amber cottage there is a wet bar, fridge and limited kitchen facilities. It is  air conditioned and has a ceiling fan. There is a TV library with a sofa which can convert to a queen size bed. There is also an en-suite shower room. The private garden area has a hammock. There is wifi.

Yellow Heliconia Cottage 
This is a 2 bedroom cottage. The master bedroom has a 4 poster bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan. It also has a TV. It has its own private garden area with an outdoor shower en-suite shower room. There is a sitting area with a wet bar, fridge and facilities to make a hot drink.

This leads to a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan. It has a TV, Ipod dock and safe. It also has en-suite shower room and a small private garden with a hammock.

White Frangipani Cottage 
This is positioned at a slightly lower level. It has 2 bedrooms.

One bedroom is furnished with two single beds. It has air conditioning, a ceiling fan,TV and safe. It also has en-suite shower room. This links to a 2nd bedroom with king bed , via a sitting area with wet bar and fridge. There are also facilities to make a hot drink. It is air conditioned and has ceiling fansand TV. There is an en-suite shower room.

Palm Apartment 
This is on the same level as the living area . It is furnished with a queen size bed. It has air conditioning, ceiling fan and an en-suite shower room.

The spacious kitchen is well equipped and has a table for 12 overlooking the garden and the sea.
Close to the kitchen is an additional terrace with barbeque. There is also a laundry room ( only accessible to staff) and the staff facilities.

If there is a power cut on the island, the villa is equipped with a generator that switches on automatically.

The grounds are protected by a virtual fence securing the boundary. There are remote cameras and perimeter lights.

For further enjoyment and guest entertainment guests of Villa Susanna are able to use the owner's 33 ft speedboat with skipper. This is available twice a week ((Tuesday and Thursday). The owner includes this in the rate and rental guests pay for fuel in cash. The boat has two 275 HP engines with a cabin and shower.  Guests use this facility at their own risk.
