The accommodation spreads over 3 floors. To enter La Casa di Bei you pass through the gate and from the roof go downstairs due to the hillside position.
There are 4 bedrooms with private balcony, 5 bathrooms, a designer kitchen and several terrace areas to take in the fabulous views. The private sky pool is 16 metre long with panoramic views of the mountains, the valley and the bay. There is also a jacuzzi on the top level of the villa to enjoy the views and a huge terrace, ideal for yoga. La Casa di Betti can be adapted to accommodate all kinds of events.

The modern, bright open-plan living room overlooks the shimmering Balearic Sea. There is a dining table in with the breathtaking views. Adjacent is a corner sofa, smart TV that connects to your phone. The sound system is built into the ceiling.

The Bedroom décor is modern style/nobu style. The Master bedroom is located next to the living room on a ground level. It has beautiful bath and shower with the view. Additionally, you have access out to the swimming pool. Every room has its own bathroom, balcony with the view, wardrobe and electric self- spreading curtains controlled by remote.

The villa is set within its own grounds amidst various lush vegetation. On the left side is another villa but fenced off with the trees and on the right side there is nothing. In front of the house is only the mesmorising view.

Just outside the entrance to this upmarket area, there is a lovely fountain that adds to the charm of the location.
