Terrace Lodge Camps Bay was built originally as a beachfront retreat over 100 years ago and now after being restored offers a welcoming ambience, comfort and spectacular views of the Twelve Apostles and the Atlantic Ocean. The apartment has rich brown mahogany sash windows and shutters, golden Oregon pine floors, rustic red clay tiles and furnished with a collection of antiques - a special place to explore and enjoy Camps Bay and the surrounding areas of Cape Town.  

The lounge has a large leather sofa, Satellite TV, rich fabric and fittings, with large plate glass windows looking down on to the exclusive Bakoven beach.  Two comfortable wing chairs with foot stool are well placed for taking in the view as well as the afternoon sun.  

The old-fashioned style double doors open onto a paved deck, where there is a solar-heated swimming pool, barbecue and sun loungers, it’s ideal to watch the sun set into the Atlantic, with a chilled glass of the local wines.

Just off the lounge are the three bedrooms, all with views of mountain and sea, and an en-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds, and one can be made up as two single beds. One bathroom has a bath and a shower, and the other two have showers only. The kitchen has all new appliances, and is fully equipped to cater or entertain friends.

Terrace Lodge is a short walk to Camps Bay beach and promenade, with it’s many restaurants and bars.
