Villa Emerald is located in the small village of Porto Rafael, close to the famous Costa Smeralda in Sardinia. With just a five-minute walk from Porto Rafael’s  Beaches, harbour and Piazzetta.

Villa Emerald is an amazing architectural masterpiece, built into the natural granite rock surrounding the villa and features state of the art, luxurious interiors.

There are 4 bedrooms, an open plan living area with modern equipped, kitchen including a breakfast bar, a formal dining area for up to 10 people, wonderful outdoor living areas, and stunning views of the Sardinian shoreline and the neighbouring islands of the Maddalena Reserve.

The indoors living areas seamlessly connect to the furnished terrace, via wall of glass doors creating indoor/outdoor villa living space. The terrace leads out towards the private swimming pool( which can be hated at an extra cost )  and gardens. On the villa’s lower level there is a BBQ and a second Al Fresco dining area
