Villa Marianne features features 4 lovely bedrooms. It offers a gorgeous outdoor space with lawns, excellent facilities and breath-taking views of the sea.

The interior features a designer, open plan space. This incorporates dining, living room and a fabulous kitchen. There is also a well equipped breakfast area seating 5 guests.

Kitchen equipment includes 2 Kuppersbuch ovens and a microwave. There are also 2 Siemens fridges and a freezer. The induction hob is also Kuppersbuch. There is a Nespresso coffee machine and a Smeg kettle and toaster. There is also a Juice maker and a Nespresso Capuchino machine.

The formal dining room seats 10 guests. The living room is well equipped for relaxed entertainment. It has a Samsung smart TV and Sonos sound system. There is MEO TV, Apple TV and satellite TV.

The lounge and kitchen opens to the terrace. Here there is an outside dining table for 10 plus 2 tall tables with 2 chairs each.

There is also a relaxing area with 2 shaded large beds as well as 8 sun loungers. There is a large swimming pool (13mx7m) with electric cover. The villa is built in a slope and there are stairs from the lounge area to the downstairs area.

Outside there is a spacious garden and a water feature with a cascade on the wall of the house.

There is also a large trampoline ideal to keep children entertained. Near the garage door, on the shade, there is a tennis table.

Bedrooms:
On the grounde floor you have two doubloe bedrooms. Bedroom one is a double bedroom with en-suite walk in shower and a Samsung smart TV, opening to the terrace and pool area with views over the sea.

Bedroom two is a double bedroom with king size bed; with walk in shower en-suite bathroom and bathtub, as well as a closet area. The bedroom opens to the pool area and has views over the sea.

In front of you at the bottom of the stairs you have bedroom three, with double bed and en-suite walk in shower, patio doors opening to the garden and Samsung smart TV. Next to this room there is bedroom four with 2 double beds (150m width) and en-suite walk in shower. There is a Samsung smart TV. This bedroom also has direct access to the garden.
There is an extra room on this floor, with no natural light, and with one single bed.
