The open plan living area with dining table and kitchen leads out to a spacious terrace through glass doors. The living area has a lovely fireplace, and the property also has air conditioning for warmer days. There is an en-suite double bedroom and two twin bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. The bathrooms are finished to an extremely high standard. On the ground floor there is also a utility room. Well-equipped, with beach-chic interiors, the property is decorated in neutral colours throughout, with fun pops of colour.

This is an ideal property for family beach holidays, or for those wanting to play golf on one of the area’s many courses. The charming waterside village of Ferragudo, with its shops and restaurants, is only a short walk along the beach, and the larger town of Portimão is just 6km away from the property. 

The rental price includes pool towels, a welcome pack and 2 hours maid service 4 days a week, including Saturdays. The changeover day is Saturday. There is a baby cot and a baby highchair, available on request and free of charge.
