Red Chalet is part of the Vila Vita Parc Collection of villas and is located in the heart of Armação de Pêra. This is a charming fishing village in Portugal’s picturesque Algarve.  

Red Chalet was built in 1907 and inspired by the opulent luxury of the Belle Époque era. This iconic 4 bedroom, seafront villa recreates that sense of romantic seaside retreat of a bygone era. The villa has direct access to the beach and the historical town centre. It perfectly balances today’s comforts with yesterday’s romance.

The Main House

Red Chalet does its best to bridge the gap between the comforts of the present and the romance of the past. The large open kitchen opens into a living and dining area. This has a large terracotta terrace and spectacular seafront setting. On the ceilings are sculpted grape vines. These are a reminder of those that once thrived in front of the villa itself.

The charming staircase leads to two ensuite king size bedrooms and a sitting room. Here there is a terrace that makes the most of the breath taking views.

A secret door leads to a further rooftop terrace. This was built many years ago by the owner. He built it to hear the townsfolk sing their prayers at the Church of “Nossa Senhora dos Navegantes”. These prayers were for the fishermen to return safely home.

The White House

A new beach house extension has been reimagined in a more contemporary aesthetic. It has a fresh and airy feel and effortless style. This makes it perfect for all the family. It provides a younger space, fully equipped and independent.

It features a duplex suite with king size bed and ensuite bathroom. There is a terrace on the upper floor and a living room downstairs. There is also a studio with queen size bed and ensuite shower room on the ground floor.
