You will enter via a pebbled walkway into a Travertine passageway. Here you are greeted by incredible views and soft ocean breezes. To the right is a stunning royal palm courtyard. This looks through the main living area and to the Pacific Ocean beyond.

The Great Room is a welcoming place to gather and enjoy the magic of Punta Mita lifestyle. It offers contemporary Mexican design and décor that blends perfectly with the lush tropical grounds. Villa Pacifica features luxurious furnishings throughout. There are landscaped outdoor spaces including an extensive pool area and terrace. Step through the gardens of Villa Pacifica to reach the soft sand beach of Ranchos Estates.

It also has Apple TV, books, games, music, a Sonos bar, and a Sonos system.  The two sofas in the media room may be converted into twin beds. These provide an additional sleeping area upon request. 

High speed Wi-Fi is available in all suites, social areas and throughout the entire property.

Outdoors for further pleasure you have the azure blue pool ( which can be heated ). There is also a jacuzzi. These are directly accessible from the great room. Lay back and cool off on the built-in pool lounge beds. Take in the Punta Mita sun with your favourite cocktail in hand.

On the large oceanfront lawn, hammocks sway from the ocean breezes between the palms. This is perfect for an afternoon siesta.

For cool evenings or cosy nights, there is a sitting area around the fire pit. Relax here under the starlit skies above.  There is a Pizza & Gill Patio/ Wood Oven/ Outside Grill/Green Egg.

The beach is steps away. Here you can enjoy activities and swim when tide is suitable. Try kayaking, paddle boarding and body surfing. You can do all this from the quiet stretch of beachfront. Pool toys and floats for children also available. Staff will prepare ice water, chilled towels and sunblock products. These are available at the pool and beach.

Bedrooms 
In each of the 7 bedrooms there is a closet security safe, in room minibar and Nespresso® coffee maker. There is also apple TV & smart TV and L’ Occitane toiletries. The bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

PACIFICA MASTER SUITE . This occupies almost all of the Upper floor. It has a unique circular floor plan and sweeping ocean views. King bed & queen sofa bed and closet security safe. Bar (in room minibar) and Nespresso® coffee maker. An outdoor private sunken tub overlooks the ocean.
