Villa Cala Vinyas was built with comfort in mind, it is fully air-conditioned, well maintained and extremely spacious covering over 700 square metres and stands on grounds of over 2,000 square metres. The open plan living room takes full advantage of the fabulous sea views and offers a dining area, perfect for bringing friends and family together.
The impressive 80 sq.m. lounge with marble floors, feature fire place, 75 inch TV with Denon home cinema system, Bose speakers, International satellite TV, quality, beautifully presented modern solid teak and oak furniture, large picture windows to take in the views, Bluetooth for connecting your own device and a Play Station 3.
For keeping in touch with the outside world, there are two independent high speed Wi-Fi networks.Cala Vinyas is also great choice for corporate retreat, where meetings for 10 can be set up, and presentations using the independent high-tech Teleworking and meeting lounge with state of the art 65-inch TV with satellite TV and presentation board.
The villa boasts many terraces , all benefit from the breeze off the warm Mediterranean Sea below. For calm concentration or just a peaceful read there is a separate library and study.
Large kitchen with all modern requirements: 3 fridges (One a large double American fridge with automatic ice maker), Professional 90 cm oven and worktop, 2 Nespresso coffee machines plus other extra and personal touches.
Dining options can be inside on two solid oak tables or outside on the BBQ terrace with solid teak table . Or select your own spot using the separate table which can be moved to your preferred location or even in the chill out area under the porch, and all with the backdrop of the sea and the blue skies. Adjacent to the kitchen is a Utility Room with Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Iron and ironing board.
Villa Cala Vinya offers five suites, each with en suite bathrooms with bath, showers and jacuzzi bath and power showers. Master suite has its own private terrace looking out directly to the sea and in addition to the large bed there is a double futon sofa bed. On request Villa Cala Vinyas can accomodate up to 16 guests.
They all enjoy the wonderful sea views and have direct access to the terrace, along with air conditioning and fans, TV with sat TV, Bluetooth speakers and hairdryers. To aid restful sleep, all the mattresses are fitted with luxury feather down toppers.
If needed the separate library and study can be used as an extra bedroom. On request only
In total there are 6 bathrooms plus a guest bathroom, separate WC and wash basin in the heated Jacuzzi chill out lounge.
For guests further enjoyment and pleasure there is a “Chill Out Lounge” with a large heated Jacuzzi, portable Bose sound system , not forgetting the views ! just the place to take some time out, drink a glass champagne or your favourite cocktail !
Outdoors is a private infinity pool ( can be heated at an extra charge) giving the impression you are one with the sea (can be fitted with child proof fence on request) measures 10 x 6m and is set within the landscaped gardens.

Villa Cala Vinya is a great location for exploring areas of Mallorca and it is only a 30 minute drive from Palma de Mallorca airport and less if you drive/taxi to the town centre, which you could reach by bus which stops outside the villa and takes some 40 minutes. Within a few minutes’ walk from the villa there are local shops, hairdresser, car hire, bike hire and restaurants, diving centre and local agent for arranging local activities.
