It is an old farmhouse of the Fourteenth Century completely renovated, with spectacular living rooms, terraces, large swimming pool, views, cellar with vaults, and beautiful gardens with orchard and fruit trees. The house is located less than 3 kilometres from the Golf of Vall d'Or.
The house is built over 3 floors, the first floor being the main floor in which there are living rooms, the dining room, large terrace and kitchen. The agroturismo has a maximum capacity of 40 people distributed over 16 bedrooms (**Price quoted is for 32 people, please ask for further pricing details**)
On the ground floor we access the property through a beautiful patio which leads to the library on one side and towards 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.
From this patio there are 2 staircases to the first floor. One staircase takes you to a beautiful living room and an old kitchen with 'fogaña'. Leading on from this area features the old chapel, which has now been converted into a multipurpose room, perfect as a conference room or auditorium.
The second staircase called 'D'es Señor', takes you to the entrance of the first floor 'South Wing' where all rooms have stunning views of the sea. You will find the main lounge area with fireplace and bar, as well as the dining and kitchen area. From the dining room there is access to a beautiful terrace with an outdoor dining area and lounge, both with lovely sea views. The 'South Wing' is home to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private lounge, as well as a further double bedroom with private lounge and shared bathroom, all have sea views.
The 'North Wing' is home to three other bedrooms with a private lounge and two bathrooms.
On the second floor, we find a very special bridal suite with en-suite bathroom and private lounge with total privacy. There are a further 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a beautiful terrace with stunning sea and mountains views.
The 'Private Wing' which is also on the second floor, boasts the final four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and direct access via the staircase to the courtyard entry.
