Whispering Waters is an impressive luxury villa in Jamaica. It is on Discovery Bay and offers 7 bedrooms.  Whispering Waters is located on its own private cove on one of Jamaica’s loveliest crystal clear bays. The bay is Discovery Bay. Stepping stones lead down a velvet lawn to a fine sand beach. Being in a cove, the sea here is usually very calm.. It is generally perfect for swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding. Amenities include complimentary sea kayaks and other water toys.

Distinctive in Whispering Waters are its unique ceilings. Some are made of bamboo. Others are trimmed with de-barked and smoothed blackheart wood logs.  The interiors of Whispering Waters are furnished beautifully. Furnishings include silks and original art. 

Inside and outside dining tables accommodate up to 14 guests.

As a special treat, the staff will plan a torchlight beach party. They will serve chicken, lobster or fresh-caught fish. These are grilled on the outdoor barbecue.

The swimming pool measures 16 x 34 feet. There is a shallow end for children. There is also an outdoor hot tub and beachfront shower. A waterfront gazebo is ideal for relaxing. It enjoys beautiful views of the bay. Guests may also enjoy the private Laykold tennis court with lights for night play.

On the main level of Whispering Waters is the massive Great Room. French doors open wide to a large furnished covered terrace and bar. Upstairs is a second sitting room, entertainment centre and Internet area. Also upstairs are five of the seven bedrooms. Floors throughout are a combination of gleaming wood and imported stone. The other 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor.

A surcharge of $100 per person per night will apply to each approved additional guest in excess of double occupancy per bedroom.

Driving time from the Montego Bay airport to Whispering Waters is approximately 60 minutes. Discovery Bay is an incredible turquoise body of water. It has attracted some of Jamaica’s most visionary homeowners.

 Whispering Waters may be rented alone, or with its neighbouring sister villa Keela Wee. Together they offer a total of 13 bedrooms.

The properties are separated by a small garden for privacy when rented separately.
