The interior is one space, multi-faceted and beautifully designed. Formal living leads to comfortable sofas in the media area. These are on one side and the informal breakfast/bar area is on the other. All doors lead to one of the two oversized terraces. Here is the perfect spot to dine or sit. It is comfortable and inviting. 

The pool and lawn are on the fringe of the beautiful white sandy beach of Old Fort Bay. The poolside pavilion is perfect for long lazy lunches. It provides welcome shade in the heat of the day. There are sun loungers, both on the deck and on the Baja ledge. There are also brightly coloured bean bag chairs on the lawn. This home offers complete relaxation.

The sandy beach is five steps down from the lawn. Choose a different spot each day. Enjoy the evening around the fire pit, toasting marshmallows. Enjoy a game of tennis, pickle ball, or soccer in the cool part of the day.

Gym and Tennis

The gym is situated in the large upstairs hall. This is equipped with a Peloton bike, Precor EFX Elliptical, dumbbell free weights & bench.TRX, yoga mats & blocks. Stability ball and multipurpose cable tower with a pull-up bar.

Tennis : Private USTA tennis court with night lights. Also pickleball court with night lights.

Bedrooms

All bedrooms have quiet inverter air conditioning and ceiling fans. They are furnished with Stearns & Foster mattresses, Dr. Oz/Casper pillows and black-out curtains. The bedrooms have large en-suite bathrooms. They also have hairdryers, bathroom amenities and personal safes. The bedrooms have LED smart TVs. They also have Smartphone & Smart watch charging stands with USB charger outlets.

There are 3 bedrooms on the upper level and 2 bedrooms on the lower level.
