Villa Agios 1 and 2 are two stylish villas in Houlakia. Houlakis is in the North West area of Mykonos. The villas are located one behind the other.

Each villa offers 3 bedrooms. They are situated on a small hillside enjoying delightful views of the Aegean Sea.

The beautiful and well known sandy beaches of Agios Stefanos and Houlakia are only a short drive away. Mykonos town and new port is also a 5 minute drive from the villas.

Both villas are identical and reflect a traditional Cycladic design. They are designed in Mykonian architecture with white exteriors. They feature traditional stone, marble floors, arches and wood beamed ceilings. All of this blends perfectly with the natural surroundings.

Villa Agios 1 and 2 can sleep up to 6 people. They feature a large plunge pool with ladder access. This is surrounded by a deck with sun beds and chairs. 

There is also a shaded pergola for dining or just to relax. This is a wonderful spot from which to take in the superb views across the stunning blue sea. These extend  to the historical island of Delos. Delos is consdered to be the birth place of Apollo and Artemis.

The interiors are cosy and tastefully furnished creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

The central living room offers built-in sofas with soft cushions. The large glass windows picture frame the amazing sea views. There is a dining area and a modern fully equipped kitchen. There is also access out to the pool.

Each of the 3 bedrooms has a double bed, with Dunlopillo mattresses and Egyptian linen. 1 bedroom is on the ground floor and the other 2 are upstairs.

There are two Mykonian bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Both have rain showers, quality bath amenities and bathrobes. One bathroom is positioned on one side of the living area and the other bathroom is upstairs.
