Villa Palma is located in the small fishermen’s village of Molunat in south of Croatia and sits  on the waterfront of a small quite bay. It is close to the city of Dubrovnik, the town of Cavtat, the country of Montenegro, and only 20 km from the Dubrovnik International Airport. So forms the ideal base to explore the delights this region of Croatia has to offer.

Villa Palma consists of 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a comfortable living room, dining room for 8 people and a well-equipped, Provencal-style kitchen with a stunning sea view.  There are two terraces, the infinity pool and a covered barbecue area. The spacious terraces, three balconies and pool-surrounding terrace are scattered on multiple levels allowing guests to choose their spot in the sun or in the shade of the trees. Imagine a balmy Mediterranean evening watching the sunset with your favourite drink in hand. Such a pleasant and relaxing moment.

The living room has a large leather sofa, a big-screen LED TV and captivating views of the sea through a large sliding glass door and window.

The four airy bedrooms, each have wood-framed high ceilings and modern queen-size beds, built-in custom-made closets, and en suite bathrooms with showers.

It is equipped with baldachins (canopies), and sun beds are an option if you decide not to go to the beach.

The unique attraction for Villa Palam is that is has approx 300 metres of shore, and its own private beach in an uninhabited bay with the possibility of mooring boats. On the beach there are wooden sun beds, shower and kayak. The natural beach is carved into the rocks, and with a natural sea pool for children — all exclusively for our guests to use. No neighbours using this beach.
