Tingalayo is a luxurious 6 bedroom villa in the British Virgin Islands. It is perched on a hillside on Tortola.  From its elevated position, guests are treated to the most amazing panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. They will also enjoy views of the neighbouring islands of Jost van Dyke, St. John, St. Thomas. On a clear day you can see all the way to Puerto Rico!

As you approach Tingalayo Villa you are immediately greeted by a sense of serenity and seclusion. The exterior architecture of the villa is a fusion of modern design and Caribbean charm. It blends harmoniously with the natural landscape.

The centrepiece of the outdoor area is the 45ft infinity-edge swimming pool. This seems to merge seamlessly with the ocean horizon. It creates a postcard-worthy view.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS.

THE GREAT HOUSE.

The Great House is the largest gathering area at Tingalayo. It features a cozy living room with couches, TV, and books. It offers a fully equipped kitchen and dining table for 8 people. There are also ample seating areas on the covered porches. A great place for guests to relax.

With its stunning views and refreshing breezes, the Dining Pavilion is a favourite spot. It comfortably seats 12 people around a custom-built mahogany table.

GUEST HOUSE.

The Guest House at Tingalayo is a hidden treasure. It is located just 30 steps below the Great House. It features a fully equipped kitchen along with bar seating for four. The living room opens out to a deep plunge pool and a terrace. This offers al-fresco dining for 6 people.

MAIN HOUSE BEDROOMS:

Dorado bedroom and Flamingo bedroom.

Both of these rooms are located adjacent to the infinity pool, They have views of the West End of Tortola and the many islands beyond.  Both have king size beds. Flamingo also gives the option of twin beds.

These 2 rooms share a vestibule. There is one full bathroom located just inside the vestibule doors. Another full bathroom is located just outside the vestibule.  The vestibule bathroom has a private toilet and bidet area. It has double sinks, an indoor shower and a small bathing tub for children.

The other bathroom is equipped as a shower room with toilet and single sink.

The Turtle Suite.

A lovely oasis accessed by the wraparound deck from the infinity pool. This bedroom features a king-size canopy bed. It has an ensuite bathroom, outdoor shower and separate dressing room.

GUEST HOUSE BEDROOMS:

Gecko bedroom and Pelican bedroom.

These 2 bedrooms are located on the second floor of the Guest House. Both have King sized beds with Pelican also giving the option of twin beds.  There is one full bathroom on this level. There is another full bathroom on the ground floor.  Sliding doors on this floor open out on to a balcony offering breathtaking views.  

THE COQUI SUITE.

Located in its own separate building, The Coqui Suite is Tingalayo's most secluded accommodation. It is connected to the Great House by a charming walkway lined with gardens. This private haven features a king canopy bed and a private en-suite bathroom.
