Westmoreland Hills, consists of approx 45 luxury, modern private villas. They enjoy amazing sea views and are a stone’s throw from the Royal Westmoreland Golf Course. They are also just minutes from the white sandy beaches of the West Coast.

There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms in the property. There is also a large, fully air-conditioned, open plan living/dining/kitchen/office area. In addition there is storage and rec room basement. Outside is a 23-foot fiberglass pool for this villa's private use.

This has lovely views, crystal clear waters and quiet serenity. Also within a 5 minute drive you have Holetown. This is the hub of the west coast. It provides many amenities. There is duty free shopping at Lime Grove. There are bars and restaurants in Holetown and beautiful beaches, There are also banls, pharmacies, a medical centre and 1 cinemas.  The nearest beach is the one next to Colony Club Hotel which is5 minutes drive from Westmoreland Hills.
