The apartment referred to as The Villa at The St James is a ground floor apartment. It offers 4 or 5 bedrooms. 

As you enter The Villa at the St James, the view of the Caribbean Sea beyond greets you. It is mesmerising  through the floor to ceiling glass doors.

The main living and dining area presents an open plan design. This flows seamlessly out on to the covered terrace. This in turn leads to the sun deck with large plunge pool.

Bedrooms :
Master bedroom. This is located off the living room. It is spacious and enjoys ocean views. From the bedroom there is direct access to the terrace. The bedroom has its own walk-in closet and en suite bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a standalone bathtub and rain shower.

Bedroom 2. This is located towards one end of the apartment. It is a bright room with en-suite bathroom including rain shower.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 are located to the rear of the apartment on the Northern side. They are filled with natural light. These bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms each with rain showers.

Bedroom 5 ( the cottage ). This bedroom is in a detached cottage which can be accessed from the apartment. It also has its own private entrance from the parking area. The cottage is self-contained with its own open plan living, dining and kitchenette.

The Villa at The St James has its own pool with water features alongside the outdoor space . There is a lovely covered area for al fresco dining.

Beach access to Paynes Bay is via a pathway alongside the property. Guests will be given a key for the gate.

For guests at The Villa at The St James, beach chairs and umbrellas are laid out each morning.

From The St. James apartments it is just a few minutes away from the most popular bars and restaurants. The development is also within a short drive from world class golf courses. There are tennis courts within easy reach and luxury brand shopping at Lime Grove shopping centre.
