Beyond is the main sitting room with doors on three sides. Each of these opens out onto a covered terrace. This is used as an alfresco sitting and dining area.

The decor throughout Villa Rosa is calming. There are cool coral stone walls, and pickled pine ceilings on the ground floor. The ambience is one of colonial tropical living.
