Reeds House 1 is a luxury beachfront apartment with direct beach access. It is located on the West Coast. It has a small private garden area and is conveniently located for shops and restaurants. Reeds House 1 offers a high standard of beachfront accommodation with fixtures and fittings reflecting comfort and luxury.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned. There are two plunge pools. One on ground floor and one on the private roof top sun deck. There is a wet bar and bar fridge on the ground floor dining terrace. There is also a wet bar with ice machine on the roof top deck.

Each of the bedrooms has twin beds. These can me made into a king-bed. All have air-conditioning and ceiling fans. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and safe.

Layout of the apartments consists of :
Ground floor 
Open plan layout with fully equipped kitchen. There is a spacious living area with a Smart TV. This flows out to a covered terrace where there is a plunge pool and BBQ area. A garden path leads you straight down to the water’s edge and the beach.

Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom. This has a king bed and walk in closet. There is an en-suite with a shower and a Jacuzzi bath. There is also access to the terrace through double French doors.

Second floor
Access is via a stairway from the terrace.  Bedrooms 2 and 3 are twin beds (which can be converted to a king) . They have en suite bathrooms and ample closet space. There is an open plan living area with large screen television. There is also a terrace to take in the lovely sea views.

Third floor - (applies to 4 bedroom rental)
Large terrace overlooking the sea – giving access to Bedroom 4. There is a king bed and an en-suite with Jacuzzi bath and shower. There is also a walk in closet. On this level is another fully equipped kitchen and living/dining area. Guests may also access these units via the main corridor of each floor. This allows families to come and go as they please without imposing on the guests below or above.

Rooftop - (applies to 4 bedroom rental)
Sundeck with plunge pool. From here there are amazing views ! There is a BBQ area and sun loungers.

Powder rooms available on both the ground and top floor.

Dining. The ground floor covered dining area can seat up to 12 people. The roof top dining area can seat up to 8 people

Reeds House is located on the West Coast in Reeds Bay, St James. The nearest hotel being Royal Pavilion. Speightstown is approximately 5 minutes’ drive away. Golf and Tennis are available approx 10 minutes’ drive away.

Water-sports are available on request on site.

Reeds House 1 may be rented with the Penthouse suite. Together they offer a 4 bedroom residence with rooftop plunge pool and additional dining area.

Reeds House 1 occupies the entire south wing of the Reeds House complex. It enjoys spectacular sundecks and sea views from most rooms on all floors.
