Portico 3 is located in the much sought after Portico development on the west coast of Barbados.

Portice Barbados is an award-winning beachfront complex. It is located in picturesque Prospect Bay in St. James, on the West Coast. The development  features 3 bedroom luxury apartments. There are 2 apartments on each of the 5 floors. The properties have access to the tidal beach area in front of the apartments.

Portico is also a 10 minute drive from the Barbados capital of Bridgetown with its bars, restaurants and shops. It is a  10 minute drive in the other direction to Holetown, Here you will find fine dining, designer shopping in Lime Grove. Holetown is the hub of the west coast with banks, supermarket and a medical centre.

Each impressive apartment at Portico offers 3 bedrooms and over 3,000 sq. ft. of living space. Guests may enjoy access to the on-site gym and sauna. There is also an 80 ft. beachside, lap pool. There is allocated underground parking with elevators taking you to the desired floor.

The interiors of Portico 3 offer luxurious, indoor-outdoor living. There are designer furnishings and wonderful Caribbean Sea views.

Portico 3 offers a large open plan dining and living area. This leads straight out to the expansive oceanfront terrace. The terrace features a cascading plunge pool.

Portico 3 is the place to sit back, relax and enjoy the stunning views. Set the mood, with the one-touch lighting. Turn on your favourite music with surround sound. Close the glass doors to enjoy the cooler air-conditioned space or open them up to enjoy the fresh seaside air.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 is the ocean view master suite. This is wonderfully spacious with a king bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. The en suite includes a very large rain shower and double vanity.

There are 2 additional bedrooms that are positioned away from the master. This ensures privacy for all. One bedroom has a king bed the other has 2 twin beds. They each have walk-in wardrobes and beautifully fitted en-suite bathrooms.

Portico 3 is a very luxurious beach front apartment. It is an ideal choice for family or friends to unwind.

Portico offers 24-hour security staff and a dedicated security desk. There is a non-intrusive CCTV system, keypad and swipe card security access.

There is also a camera integrated intercom system for apartment entry. In addition, there is a remote locking garage door system. This leads to the underground car park and two elevators.
