Portico 2 Barbados is a modern beach front apartment. It has 3 en suite bedrooms and is located in the much sought after Portico development. This is on the west coast of Barbados.

Portico Barbados is an award-winning beachfront apartment community. It is situated in picturesque Prospect Bay in St. James. There are only nine,impressive oceanfront apartments within the exclusive building. Each with elegant interiors and exteriors. The living space offers uninterrupted views of the stunning Caribbean Sea. It is perfect for enjoying the wonderful west coast sunsets. The apartment design maximises use of natural light and cool breezes.

Portico 2 named Casa P, offers a generous 3,500 sq. ft. of fully air conditioned living space.

There are three exceptional bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. The large sea-facing terrace is home to a private spa pool. This is located off the living area. It can also be accessed from the private sea facing terrace off the master bedroom.

There is also a well-equipped open-plan kitchen and ample space for entertaining family or guests.

For additional guest pleasure and convenience, take the direct elevator to reach the 85ft infinity edge communal pool. This has a waterside terrace with views out towards the Caribbean Sea. There is also a well equipped gym and spa treatment room.

Portico beach apartments are ideally situated to reach various local amenities. It is a 10 minute drive from the Barbados capital of Bridgetown with its bars, restaurants and shops. It is a  10 minute drive in the other direction to Holetown, This is the hub of the west coast. You will find fine dining, bars and restaruants as well as designer shopping in Lime Grove. Holetown is the hub of the west coast with banks, supermarket and a medical centre.

Portico sits on a 15 ft. bluff, overlooking the Caribbean Sea. It benefits from direct access to two secluded beaches. It is located opposite one of the island’s best diving reefs featuring the Stavronikita, a 365 ft. sunken wreck in 120 ft. of water.

Portico offers 24-hour security staff and a dedicated security desk. There is a non-intrusive CCTV system, keypad and swipe card security access. There is also a camera integrated intercom system for apartment entry. In addition there is a remote locking garage door system. This leads to the underground car park available to guests. The car park has two elevators.
