Crowsnest villa is a beach front villas that was completed in 2006. This 5,000 sq ft villa occupies the top 2 storeys of the 3 storey building.  It is finished to a very high standard in hardwood and natural stone. The villa has been stylishly furnished throughout.

The accommodation comprises 5 air conditioned bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom is ensuite and offers a sea view. 2 further bedrooms also have ensuite shower rooms. The 2 remaining bedrooms share a bathroom. All of the bedrooms feature solid wood floors, ceiling fans and fly screening. They are also equipped with burglar bars and digital safes. All bathrooms have shell-stone floors and marble surfaces.

The entire top floor of Crowsnest has been designed to enjoy all the features of tropical living. It enjoys cooling breezes flowing through. It also enjoys stunning views of the beach and the shimmering Caribbean Sea beyond. It is arranged around an open plan kitchen with all modern amenities. There is also a separate bar area.

Crowsnest has two separate seating areas. It accommodates up to 18 people. A 12ft dining table seats 14.  It is a great area for entertaining. A 30ft pool with pool deck completes the top floor.

Crowsnest Barbados is located in St Michael. It is within easy driving access to both Bridgetown (5 mins) and Holetown (15 mins). 

Brighton Beach is a mainly residential beach. There are no hotels or apartment blocks on the beach. There are just a handful of properties available for holiday rental on this beach. It makes the beach itself very quiet during the week.  The water is usually calm and clear and therefore perfect for swimming.

The house is walking distance from Kensington Oval Cricket Ground.
