19 Mount Standfast is a spacious three bedroom, three bathroom villa. It is located on the west coast, in a delightful, quiet area, adjacent to Sugar Hill. It enjoys views of the blue ocean ahead.  19 Mount Standfast is located close to Royal Westmoreland and has a well maintained garden. It is suitable for family or friends sharing. All bedrooms are air conditioned. The master bedroom and the third bedroom have ensuite bathrooms. Coming into the house you have a view of the lovely ocean through the large glass windows.  

The spacious living area has three comfortable sofas. This extends to one side to the dining area with a large square six seater table. On the other side it leads to the kitchen.  The air conditioned kitchen, with ceiling fan, is well equipped. It has a breakfast table for two overlooking the garden area towards the blue ocean.  

From the kitchen there is a small study leading into the third ensuite bedroom. This is perfect for a couple or for the teens in the family.  

The dining room leads out to the pool complete with extensive deck and covered gazebo area.  This is the perfect place to watch the sun set and have that refreshing rum punch before dinner.  

There is a seating area as well as a dining table for six.  Lots of space, comfortable seating and of course enough sun loungers for everyone.  The pool is a deep salt water swimming pool. The villa has beach access at the south side of Fairmont Royal Pavilion with sun loungers and beach umbrellas for 6 persons.  Guests are welcome to use the Fairmont Beach Club facilities. This includes a bar, food service and water sports. Guests do not pay for up to 6 loungers and umbrellas. They may pay locally for beverages, food and waters sports.  Guests are not permitted to use the hotel facilities (pool, beach chairs, tennis courts etc).

The villa comes with a housekeeper once a week to freshen the linens and towels and tidy up. Extra service can be provided payable locally.  The gardener comes in twice per week to keep the grounds tidy. The pool is serviced once per week.

19 Mount Standfast is a great place to spend some relaxing days, taking in the sunshine. It is close to great restaurants, bars and night life in Holetown. Holetown is just a 10 minute drive away.

Please note the pool is not gated and there is no life guard. Children must be supervised at all times.
