Over Yonder Cay is located just 70 miles (110km) from Nassau and Great Exuma. Both of these are just 30 minutes away by plane.

Rates include full use of all the island's extensive amenities, activities and facilities.  Rental of the whole island ensures total privacy and the full attention from the highly experienced staff.  Over Yonder Cay is powered by a state-of-the-art renewable energy system, which includes three wind turbines and a 1.5 acre solar field.

The Accommodation.
There are four individually designed villas on the island, each positions to take full advantage of the breathtaking views, sunrise, sunset and sea breeze.  Infinity pools, jacuzzis, private beaches, private alfresco dining and lounging and comfortable, fully air-conditions living spaces.

Each villa has satellite 40" TVs, a Kaleidescape entertainment library and Creston control system, as well as wifi Internet and iPads.

Meridian House - 4 bedrooms. The villa's eclectic and whimsical Rococo decor provides an upscale yet relaxed setting for group gatherings, from the grand conservatory with its breahtaking views and Steinway piano to the intimacy of the 12-seat luxury movie theatre.  The villa is one of the focal points of activity on the island due to its many facilities.  This villa's accommodation includes a 2,300sqft master suite with viewing tower, private garden, dressing room, salon and spacious bathroom.  The three 663sqft guest suites each have a private courtyard and terrace.

West Sands - 4 bedrooms. A few steps from Whale Bone Beach, West Sands sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms.  Its beachside location is capitalised on with outdoor dining and lounging space, a fire pit, hot tub, and floor-to-ceiling windows facing west.  West Sands' 682sqft master suite features expansive ocean views and a wraparond balcony from which to take in the sunset.  The 562sqft guest suite includes an independent lounging area and balcony.  Downstairs, the villa's two 265sqft bedrooms share a Hollywood bathroom.

East Cove - 4 bedrooms.  From its elevated position looking out over the Exuma Sound, East Cove sleeps six to eight guests in four bedrooms.  A modern-traditional decor is complemented by the villa's extensive poolside lounging.  The villa's 546sqft and 413sqft suites lead to wraparound balconies with additional seating.  the two 352sqft guest bedrooms have queen beds and single-sleeping lofts that are perfect for kids; they share a Hollywood bathroom.

South Point - 3 bedrooms' Located on the southern tip of the island, South Point sleeps six guests in three rooms.  Flanked by shallow waters teeming with aquatic life, the villa enjoys spectacular views of both the sunrise and sunset.  Its lower floor features a games room to entertain kids and grown-ups alike.  The villa's 550 sqft master suite opens directly onto the wraparound balcony and hot tub, and the two 269sqft bedrooms share a bathroom.

Over Yonder Cay offers an endless list of activities and adventures, on, off and around the island.  There is a nine-hole golf course, floodlit tennis court, gym, spa, cabana, beach volleyball, movie theater, games room, beach club, cycling and nature trails.  On the water there are a fleet of sailing yachts. These include a private superyacht, Tenacious, as well as jet skies and paddleboards.

Trips can be organised to sandbanks, diving excursions, game fishing adventures, snorkeling safaris and sunset sailing cruises.  Staff inlude yogis, spa therapists, dive masters, ocean masters, watersports instructors, tennis and golf pros all available to give guests the experience of a lifetime. 

The Beach Club
The Beach Club is the perfect place to gather for lunch, sip sundowners by the dip-pool or simply lounge under the shade of the palms and relax.  In the evening it's a great party venue, equipped with surround-sound speaker system, DJ station, solid dance floor, bar and beach frontage.

The Watersports cabana is on the beach in front of the Beach Club and hosts an impressive collection of wind and water sports toys.
