Banks Manor is an amzing property located in a prime location on the island of Eleuthera. Eleuthera is in the Bahamas. Banks Manor sits directly on extensive, mile-long pink sandy beach It sits within 2.2 acres of private grounds. Within the grounds is a huge, 40’ x 25’ foot heated beachfront private swimming pool.

Banks Manor is walking distance down the beach. It is walking distance to Tippy’s. This is a famous beachfront restaurant and bar. The home is also just a 4-minute drive to Governors Harbour. This is the main town on the island of Eleuthera.

The accommodation at Banks Manor consists of:
Large galley style, main kitchen. This has a custom-built island with a pop up/hide away Sony Smart TV. The TV  grants full access to all cable stations and movie channels. There are seats for 10 people comfortably with leather swivel back barstools. The kitchen is well equipped. It includes a Thermador 60” double oven w/ griddle, grill, and 6 burners. There are also dishwashers, sub-zero refrigerators etc.

A caterer’s kitchen is also available.

The Formal indoor dining room features chandelier lighting.
The outdoor dining on the entire terrace opens on to an expansive outdoor deck. This enjoys lovely views and sounds of the ocean in the background. This area may be used as a full screen cover or it can be fully air-conditioned. Banks Manor offers guests fine China, linens and silverware. This is laid on to the stunning handmade dining room table. The outdoor covered terrace dining area has seating for 20. There is also a round pedestal breakfast table for 4.

Temperature Controlled Wine Cellar. This offers a selection of wines and champagnes. These are available to purchase upon request.

Lounge area is furnished with the highest quality padded wicker sofa and chairs to seat 8. There is a Flatscreen Smart TV with cable and surround sound entertainment system.

Outdoor grill area and additional seating is located around the side of the house.

Fitness room. This has full size mirror home gym equipment . Weights, balls, and other exercise hand equipment. Commercial grade treadmill, rowing machine, and elliptical machine. Speaker sound system can be programmed.

The Media room is the ideal entertainment spot. It has an 80” surround sound TV, with state of the art Kaleidescope movie system. There are hundreds of movies available, stations and all cable networks.

The wonderful, heated pool at Banks Manor features 2 wings. Each with in-water sun beds and side tables. There are 18 comfortable chaise lounges and 6 sun umbrellas. There are also wingback chairs and tables.
A cabana islocated in between the pool and beach area. This offers a heated shower and restroom.

Bedrooms at Banks Manor each have en-suite bathrooms.
