This luxury 6 bedroom villa is a short drive to access a variety of stunning beaches, restaurants, bars and marinas. It is also a short drive from the natural and historical attractions of Antigua.

Casa Musica is modern and spacious. It is set in delightful tropical landscaping. The property has natural stone clad walls throughout. The villa offers generous outdoor living areas. It also has lovely wrap around terraces. From here you can take in the amazing panoramic views of Falmouth and English Harbor.

Casa Musica offers sunken seating for 12 facing the magnificent sunsets to the west. It also enjoys the passing tradewinds from the east.

On the terraces you will find 2 superb dining areas. One seats 12 and the other seats 10. There are lounging spaces on the terraces.

There is also a large infinity edged pool with swim jets and a jacuzzi. Enjoy the well-equipped outdoor kitchen. This is equipped with a large 50” BBQ, large pizza oven, ice maker and chiller drawers. Sit back and relax on the comfortable day beds.

For further enjoyment on the lower floor is an air-conditioned gym. This is equipped with treadmill, elliptical, Peloton cycle. It also has free weights, wi-fi, TV and stretching/yoga mats. There is also a spa with massage table. Enjoy the 3 person infrared sauna with Bluetooth speakers.

In the central living room there are large sofas. This room has double height ceilings and reading tables. There is also a TV snug with 52” smart TV and centralised music amp.

In addition there is a library with books and games. There is also a private sun terrace, the main kitchen and dining area.

Wifi is available through this Antigua villa along with an integrated sound system.

Each of the 6 bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature purposely design wooden sliding doors. These flow out to the terrace where you can enjoy the wonderful ocean and harbour views.

Access to Casa Musica is through automatic entry gate with audio/visual entry system. On site there is parking for up to 6 cars. There are also security cameras.

Antigua provides an interesting range of activities and adventures.

A 5 minute drive will take you to some super restaurants. These range from chic lively beachfront restaurants such as Catherines sur Plage on Pigeon Point Beach and the Loose Cannon on Galleon Beach. There are also some more intimate romantic settings including French hideaways such as Colibi. For a special occasion, we can arrange dining at Nobu in Barbuda. This is a neighbouring  Caribbean island.

Within English Harbour there are many activities available. These include activities such as deep sea fishing, scuba diving and yacht charters. There is also tennis and pickleball available. For cultural and historical tours visit Nelsons Dockyard and Clarence house. Try swimming with the Stingrays at Stingray City and soaring through the trees in the Rainforest Zip line.
