This exclusive private villa in Anguilla can accommodate up to 20 guests. It comes with the services of a professional team of dedicated staff. They will cater to your every need from arranging candlelit dinners on the beach to in-villa massages or private yoga sessions and much more - no request is too small to ensure a truly memorable stay.

The interior design of Villa Neveah features Balinese-inspired architecture and décor. It allows indoor and outdoor living spaces to combine seamlessly. Everything has been designed to take full advantage of the breathtaking views throughout.

Bedrooms :
5 king bedrooms - Main House (3 mast­er bedrooms, 2 guest­ bedrooms)
3 bedroom - Guest­ House (1 king mast­er bedroom, 2 queen beds in each guest­ bedroom )
the final bedrooms is a free-st­anding cabana bedroom ( can be king or twin beds.)

Bathrooms:
There are 7 en-suite bathrooms and 1 and a half shared bathroom, that is located in the Guest­ House.

All the interior areas, including the main living room/great room and the media room are air-conditioned.

There is a delightful modern kitchen leading on to the terrace for dining. There is another kitchen and living/dining area in the Guest House.

Outdoors is the infinity-edge heated swimming pool. There is also an ocean view pergola which is ideal to enjoy a massage, a plunge pool and large hot tub.

On the beach are lounge chairs, umbrellas and water-sports equipment.  Complimentary equipment includes single and double kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, sea scooters, snorkelling gear and sea sleds. 

Two 6-seater golf carts and a 4-seater UTV are available for driving within the estate grounds or on local roads.

Entertainment 
For those who like to keep fit there is a private gym. There is also a golf simulator room.

In addition enjoy the floodlit tennis and basketball court. For those who prefer to relax and watch a great movie there is a 9-seat home movie theatre.

Dining 
Anguilla is considered to be the culinary capital of the Caribbean. There are many wonderful restaurants to choose from. However dining at Villa Nevaeh is a pleasure. If you are on the Heavenly Rate the in house chef will create delicious gourmet menus to suit.

A star-lit beach BBQ is a favourite with guests. Should you require additional entertainment such as a live band, fireworks etc this can be arranged.

Younger Guests :
Villa Nevaeh welcomes children of all ages. There are various beach and pool toys available for them to play with. We do mention the pool is not alarmed so children need to be supervised at all times.

Babysitting and children’s activities can also be arranged. The chef is happy to prepare special children’s meals/times to suit. A cot/crib and high chair are available on a complimentary basis.

Planning a wedding or special celebration ?
Villa Nevaeh is ideally suited for small weddings and events. Picture a dreamy set up with direct beach access just steps from the master suite. Enjoy a sunset ceremony followed by an al fresco reception on the beach beneath a transparent canopy. Depending on numbers the reception can be set up on the pool terrace overlooking the ocean.

Other events and special celebrations can also be arranged in an equally spectacular way.

The concierge is also able to assist with any additional accommodation nearby and transportation. The concierge will assist with the legal requirements for a wedding license and organise any decorations, flowers etc. They will make all the arrangements the event or special day requires.

Villa Nevaeh can be rented as 5, 6 7 , 8 or all 9 bedroom basis. There is a standard rate and also a Heavenly rate. The Heavenly Rate includes the full-time chef service, daily breakfast­ and open bar. Please enquire for full details.
