There are 8 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, 3 living rooms, 3 kitchens as well as a large recreation room. There is also a fitness room, a formal dining room and 3 al fresco dining areas. The 3 outdoor loung spaces are ideal for relaxing in, as well as the private swimming pool complete with a pool pavilion.

There are grand, dual staircases which curve up to the top floor where you will find the main living room complete with breathtaking views of the Sea beyond. This living room boasts cathedral ceilings inviting the island's cooling breezes as well as an inviting ambiance for guests.

On the western side of the top floor is where you will find the fully equipped main kitchen complete with all the necessary state-of-the-art appliances.

The ground floor offers an expansive recreation room which has a paneled wet bar, many seating areas and a plasma TV. There is also a classic jukebox - ideal for entertaining. Also located on this level is the office where you can keep in contact with your friends and family at home. Finally on this level, there is a gym featuring a range of cardiovascular and resistance equipment.

Bedrooms
Master Suites 1 & 2 - are situated off the main living room - both of these rooms are air conditioned and have king size four poster beds as well as traditional tropical ceiling fans. They also boast private baths, dressing areas and walk-in wardrobes.
Bedroom 3 - is also located on the top floor next to the kitchen, tastefully decorated this bedroom has an en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 4 - located on the ground floor and features a king size bed, large en-suite bath, adjoining living room, full kitchen and dining area.
Bedroom 5 - also located on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with two double beds, cable TV, en-suite bathroom and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 6 - located across from the pool pavilion is decorated in bright colours and has a queen size bed as well as a main living area with ocean views, kitchen, dining area and an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 7 - features twin beds and is accessible through a connecting door from bedroom 4 - allowing the possibility for a two bedroom apartment.
Bedroom 8 - located on the Western end of the pool level accessible from the covered terrace, is another single bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom.
