The three bedroom main house has 7,200 sq ft of floor space, including a 2,000sq ft master bedroom that opens onto a private sundeck. The bedroom’s en suite bathroom can be converted into an open-air bathroom, with a dark-stone waterfall shower and views over the turquoise ocean. Design details include antique doors with warm interiors, handmade terrazzo floors, billowy linen drapes and stone floors etched with sea fossils in the en suite bathrooms.
On the main sundeck, the 60-foot lava rock infinity pool is surrounded by island greenery, teak lounge chairs and a large Balinese-style gazebo. The estate also has direct access to a private swathe of white sand beach.
