Dating back from the 1800’s, the estate is steeped in history and has undergone a major restoration and redecoration resulting in a magnificent combination of English, Mediterranean and Asian influences. Luxuriously appointed throughout, Villa d’Arte is filled with carefully curated art pieces, textiles, fabrics and paintings collected by the owners from around the world.

The villa enjoys stunning scenic views from every aspect of the well-tended gardens and terraces. There is a romantic stone swimming pool (12 x 6 meters), a solarium with sunbeds and a private clay tennis court. Set in 15 hectares of lovely grounds and gardens, peace and privacy is assured.

The fabulous interiors are elegant and somewhat opulent and yet relaxed with incredible living and dining spaces. There is a dining table seating 12 guests for formal evenings and a fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor also features a sitting room with TV and one of the guest bedrooms.

A staircase leads to the second floor where the other 6 bedrooms are located. Each one is individually decorated with different themes, magnificent furnishings and fittings and the best in luxury linens. Some bedrooms share a bathroom.

Outdoor living is complimented with furnished terraces for al fresco dining. There is a wood oven, Gas BBQ and guests have access to the vegetable garden.

Beach

A further highlight of this villa is just 5km they have their own private beach access with a picnic cabana, shower, sun beds and changing cabin.
