It is located in a beautiful small town Sumartin in the area with crystal clear sea, on the island of Brac. The sea and beautiful pebble beach are located just 200m from the villa.

The island of Brac is a magical island bordered by numerous bays and covered with forests of pines and cypresses. The sunny hills of Brač are covered with vineyards whose grapes are produced by excellent famous Brač wines. With a rich cultural heritage, Brac is equally famous for its beach Zlatni rat in Bol, which is included in the list of ten most beautiful beaches in the world. Bol beach is a favorite among windsurfers because of the favorable Mediterranean sea currents. For lovers of active holidays, hiking to the top of Vidova gora, the highest peak of Brač and also the highest peak among the Adriatic islands, offers an unforgettable view of the Adriatic Sea. Sumartin is a small town on island and has several beaches of different kinds. The ferry line connecting Sumartin and Makarska make the town an important transportation hub of the island. The picturesque village of Sumartin is a real small tourist oasis ideal for a quiet summer vacation surrounded by untouched nature.

Modern Villa Blu covers 230m² of living space and is located on a property with a total area of 400m². The villa consists of two floors – ground and first floor which are connected by internal stairs. Villa Blu has pool surrounded by sun loungers and also features an outdoor grill and fitness area. Villa has a spacious living room with LCD TV and comfortable sofa, fully equipped modern kitchen, dining area and 3 bedrooms – it is suitable for 6 people.

Arriving at the property of Villa Blu you enter a private parking lot and stone staircase leads to the main terrace located on the ground floor of the villa. Here you can find a private pool (25m²) surrounded by deck chairs to enjoy the Mediterranean sun and additional part with fitness area. In the courtyard there is a cozy outdoor covered dining area with a dining table and barbecue that will reveal to you all the beauties and qualities of rich Croatian gastronomy.

The yard is adapted to enjoy every part of the property. In the inner part of ground floor of the villa is a spacious living area which in its open space concept includes a comfortable living room with sofa and satellite LCD TV for relaxation with favorite TV shows, modern fully equipped kitchen with island and dining table for quality time with deliciously prepared specialties. On this floor there is a laundry room and an adittional toilet. Climbing the stairs to the first floor, you enter sleepin area where are 3 double bedrooms all with doublebeds, one with en suite bathroom and balcony. Each room has a view of nature, hand-selected bedding, soft towels, soaps, etc. On this floor there is also another shared bathroom.
