Villa Margarida is set in beautifully landscaped gardens in the resort of Quinta do Lago, Algarve and with the advantage of being within walking distance to the lake and the beach. With 4 bedrooms and spacious living areas, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with a gorgeous layout and plenty of amenities.

The main living room on the ground floor opens out to a covered terrace overlooking the pool. Beautifully furnished in a classic Portuguese holiday home style featuring a fireplace, smart TV with Lazer (Sky channels) and DVD player. The kitchen is located on the left hand side of the hallway and is fully equipped with appliances including a toaster, blender, kettle, coffee maker, electric hobs, oven, microwave, american fridge freezer and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen there is the laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as iron and ironing board. The kitchen is open-plan leading to a dining area that opens out to the covered terrace which is furnished with a comfortable seating area as well as a dining table and there is a gas BBQ area with a pergola.

Set in the gardens, you will find the rectangular shaped pool measuring aproximately 10 metres x 7 metres with sundeck and loungers. The pool can be heated (extra charge).

Bedrooms
The Master bedroom is located on the upper level and features a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool with a table and 4 chairs. A further bedroom on this floor has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub and there is a small terrace overlooking the pool with a small table and 2 chairs.

The upper floor landing includes a sitting area, with TV and DVD player.

On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms. The first has a dressing area and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and opens out to the garden. The second bedroom has a double bed and just outside is the bathroom with shower.

Villa Margarida is fully air-conditioned and centrally heated, has Wi-Fi and services include housekeeping once per week.
